PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 3-6 business days.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 3-6 business days.

Certain products may have longer processing times. These will be noted on the product and cart pages.

PRE-ORDERS

Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting us.

If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s)are received.

We are not able to split orders and ship available items first. If you wish to purchase pre-order items and available items together, we recommend placing a separate orders for each.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information.

Your order may arrive in several shipments. You will receive a separate e-mail notification for each shipment.

TAXES

To the extent that we are required by law to charge and collect taxes on products that we sell, such taxes are charged based on the tax laws applicable to the location to which the order is being shipped or delivered.

At checkout, all appropriate taxes will be added to the order total. The tax amount displayed during checkout is an estimate of the tax applicable to your order. This amount may vary slightly from the actual amount of tax payable in connection with your order due to different tax rates which apply as a result of the origin and destination of the item(s) being purchased, as well as other factors.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Payment is taken once your order has been shipped. (excluding pre-orders)

UPDATING ORDERS

Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing. To add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.

CANCELLING ORDERS

We typically cannot change or cancel an order after you have placed it.

It is possible that your order may be cancelled during high volume periods due to inventory selling out. If your order is cancelled, all charges will be automatically refunded. We recommend trying to place your order again or signing up for our waitlist for the sold out item.

To ensure your security, we take additional steps in verifying the details on your order. If you receive a cancellation notification, please contact us for more information.

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

Economy – Delivery in 5 to 8 Business Days via USPS or UPS
Ground – Delivery in 4 to 6 Business Days via USPS or UPS
Express – Order by Noon CST. Delivery in 2 to 3 Business Days via UPS

Please allow 2-5 business days for processing on all orders.

If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, you must select Economy.

DUTIES AND TAXES

For applicable countries, duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. Depending on the country, you will have the option to choose DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

Please note that if DDU is selected, you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.

DELIVERY TIMES

Depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen, international orders can take between 5 to 21 business days to deliver.

RELEASE THE FRONT AND BACK COVERS.

CLOSE THE FRONT AND BACK COVERS OVER YOUR HAIR ON THE MIDDLE TAB.

PLACE THE INNER FLAP OVER THE TAB WHERE YOUR HAIR IS WRAPPED TO SECURE THE TAB IN PLACE.

SNAP THE FRONT AND BACK COVERS TOGETHER.

FOR MOST HEADS, YOU WILL HAVE FIVE LENGTH SAVERS™ PER EACH SECTION. TWO SECTIONS IN THE FRONT AND TWO SECTIONS IN THE BACK.
